Balancing clinical reassurance with an inviting identity for a global health service.

The Project Foundation

The Challenge

Check My Body Health is a global home-to-lab testing company. The main issue they faced was a disconnect between their brand and their actual customers. People taking these tests are usually dealing with undiagnosed sensitivities or allergies and are already frustrated by the delays of traditional medical routes. The existing branding just wasn't landing with them.

The Objective

The goal was to build a base of returning customers by making the products easier to understand and engage with. I needed to help bridge the gap between their clinical reality and what their audience actually needed to see.

Target Audience

Everyday people looking for a quick, accessible, and comfortable way to figure out their health issues from home.

Research & Insights

The brand needed to feel trustworthy and expert, but also friendly and empowering. It had to communicate that these tests were both affordable and accessible.  

Creative Strategy

My core concept was "Test, Treat, Thrive". The idea was all about testing without the fuss. It’s a super straightforward, process-driven approach that reassures the customer by setting clear expectations right from the start.

Design System I focused on bringing in natural, vibrant colors to give off a vibe of well-being and vitality.
